Nicholas attended UC Santa Cruz for his undergraduate in Ecology. Shortly after, he began working at various racing stables in Southern California and eventually became a technician for the track veterinarians. That is when Nicholas decided he wanted to become an equine veterinarian himself. He attended UC Davis and received his veterinary degree with a specialty in equine medicine. His interests are ambulatory, dentistry, anesthesia and sports medicine.
