Perform 'N Win is a now-discontinued electrolyte formula sold by Buckeye Nutrition. Perform 'N Win was formulated to meet the needs of competitive endurance horses and to promote increased stamina.
Mad Barn's Feed Bank provides nutritional profiles on +3,000 forages, feeds and supplements used in the equine diet. With our free diet formulation tool, this data can be used by horse owners and nutritionists to design balanced feeding programs for horses in their care.

Perform ‘N Win was a powdered electrolyte supplement for performance horses providing a blend of the macrominerals sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. This supplement is no longer available. As an alternative, consider Mad Barn’s Performance XL: Electrolyte.

The electrolyte formula used in Perform ‘N Win was purported to boost equine stamina by 25% as measured by delayed time to fatigue during hot and humid conditions.

Electrolytes are important for maintaining muscle and neurological function in exercising horses. Electrolytes also help to encourage water consumption and prevent dehydration.

Horses in hot weather, in heavy work or in competition can lose significant amounts of electrolytes through their sweat. Perform ‘N Win was purported to replace the electrolytes lost in sweat to support exercise recovery and stamina.
