About Melissa McGilloway, B.B.R.M., M.Sc.

Melissa has been riding and taking care of horses since she was 12. Her passion for horses led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in Equine Management from the University of Guelph. During her undergrad, she developed a strong interest in animal nutrition and research. She went on to do a Masters of Science in Animal Nutrition at Guelph. Her research focuses on the influence of transport and exercise stress on intestinal permeability in horses. Melissa loves to read and ride in her spare time.
