My name is Alyse Aguirre, I’m from a small town in Minnesota and have been living in Utah since 2016. I started riding at 12 and fell in love with horses. I grew up barrel racing and competing in local horse shows, and horses got in my blood. I took a break from horses but in 2020 I got my 1st Utah horse and now I live with my husband and 2 doggies in Coalville, with our two horses, Sparkles and Rhett in our back yard living our best lives.

I specialize in Craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, movement assessment, and focus on rehab/prehab/performance/longevity by assessing and treating the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system is the central nervous system (brain/spinal cord/skill/spine/sacrum) and when there is a glitch in the system (imagine a sprinkler hose with a kink), balance within the body is thrown off (dysfunction in the nerves branching out from the spinal cord, imagine sciatic pain) and the results are pain/injury/disease/behavioral, metabolic, hormonal issues and so much more.
