Anita Carrere, DC

Dr. Anita Carrere is a native of Houma, LA. She completed part of her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating Suma Cum Laude and Valedictorian, from Parker University in Dallas, TX. While obtaining her Doctorate Degree, she completed specialty training in sports injury rehabilitation, extremity adjusting, and Kinesio Taping. Being a runner and triathlete herself, Dr. Anita recognizes the importance of overcoming injuries fast in order to continue training safe and sound. Dr. Anita has been a Chiropractic patient herself since a young age.

​Dr. Anita is also a Animal Chiropractor certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, and enjoys working with her canine and equine patients as well. (Source)
