Dr. Monge was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He moved to the United States to attend veterinary school at the University of Florida. After graduating in 1990, he moved to Kentucky, working in the Bluegrass area and eventually joining Hagyard Field Care service in 1995. He is currently a Member of the Practice. Dr. Monge specializes in equine reproduction, acupuncture and chiropractic techniques. (Source)
