Ashley Wegmann, DVM

We would like to welcome Dr. Ashley Wegmann to the DeWitt Vet Clinic. She will be specializing in equine care, along with large & small animal services.

Ashley is originally from Edgewood, IA. She attended Iowa State University where she majored in Animal Science. She graduated from Iowa State with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2018. Following graduation, she practiced companion animal medicine in Davenport, IA. She then joined our clinic at the beginning of 2019. She enjoys working with large and small animals with a large interest in equine.

Ashley lives outside of Welton, where she spends her spare time raising and working with her Belgian Draft horses. When she is not working, she is showing a six-horse hitch with her boyfriend, friends & family. She has two cats, two dogs and many horses. She also enjoys trail riding and show jumping. (Source)
