I apprenticed with Linda Cowles and Ann Ramsey to develop the skills to provide a balanced trim that will improve your horse’s feet. I also successfully transitioned my 7 year old OTTB mare from shoes to barefoot, my personal experience with this type of transition has led me to understand not only the horse’s experience but the owner’s experience as well. I have participated in PHCP anatomy and booting clinics and have worked with multiple mentors within PHCP (Pacific Hoofcare Practitioners). It is my greatest joy to be able to help horses, being able to see a horse walk more fluidly after a trim is an amazing feeling. (Source)
