Ava Noone

My name is Ava Noone, and I am the rider and trainer behind AKN Dressage.

I grew up on a 60-horse farm in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, and I’ve been in the barn for as long as I can remember. Horses have always been my normal. What started as growing up alongside my mom’s training program turned into building one of my own.

I am a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist and have competed through the FEI levels, including representing my region at major championships. I train daily with my mother, Krista Noone, and have been fortunate to learn from top professionals who have shaped both my riding and my teaching philosophy.

As a trainer, I focus on developing correct basics, confidence, and partnership. I believe in systematic training, clear communication, and creating horses that are supple, rideable, and happy in their work. Every horse is different, and I pride myself on meeting each one where they are.

Whether I’m working with a young horse, developing a rider’s seat, or preparing for the FEI ring, my goal is always the same: build strong foundations that last.
