Dr. Ben, a native of Solvang, founded Oak Leaf Equine in 2008. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and a former partner at Specifically Equine Veterinary Service in Buellton. During his 15 plus years there, Dr. Ben provided ambulatory and in-patient medical care in addition to surgery and breeding/foaling services. Those years of experience have enabled him to better evaluate and treat, or refer, patients to provide the best quality of care for his patients. (Source)
