Our property is home to 33 acres of pastures and mature piñon pine forest – many of our trees are more than 600 years old!
The property is situated on top of a hill which allows you to bask in 360 degree views of the Sangre de Cristo, Collegiate Peaks, and the Sawatch mountain ranges. You can even see Tenderfoot Mountain – the famous Salida “S” mountain.
We have a small trail on our property that takes you to our 1800’s homestead cabins. We are also adjacent to the Methodist Mountain trail system which is very popular for mountain biking, hiking and off-roading. By foot or bike, you can leave from our property and arrive at the trailhead in only a few minutes!
Whether you are in the Main Inn, or one of our cabins, expect gorgeous views out every window. Our cabins are cleverly arranged to feel secluded and offer the best possible views.
