Brenford Animal Hospital

Established in 1974 by Drs. Craig A. Stonesifer and William F. Moffett, Brenford Animal Hospital began caring for dogs, cats and horses from across the Dover and Delmarva Peninsula region. Dr Greg S. Hammer joined the practice in 1975 and Dr. Paul F. Hanebutt, Jr. joined the practice in 1979. The practice continued to grow and care for the community. Dr. Karen Usselman joined Brenford in 1996, and Jeffrey Booth joined the practice in 1999. As the years went by we had growing pains and established Brenford South Animal Clinic in 2008, located in the Camden, Delaware area. We provide for the medical and surgical needs of our small animal clients at both locations. The equine patients are cared for at Brenford North and at the farms by virtue of our ambulatory services.
