Brittany graduated from Olds College in 2017. After completing her practicum at Moore Equine she began working with Dr Cook. For 4 years as a team they divided their time between attending to ambulatory appointments and providing veterinary care to the Standardbreds at the nearby racetrack. To pursue her personal goal and a better understanding of equine medicine, Brittany made the change to an in clinic position to complete the requirements needed to become specialized as a VTS in Equine Veterinary Nursing, which she completed in 2021. Now you can find her in clinic majority of the time either in surgery, running anesthesia or taking care of our in hospital patients. (Source)
