Caleigh Hofmann

Caleigh is from Winnipeg and started riding as young girl with coach Jaime, who is still one of her coach’s today! She started volunteering at the barn at age 12 and worked her way up to becoming a coach. Caleigh came to Sagehill in 2019 where she started working in the barn doing chores, then worked her way up to working summer camps and Intro Programs. Now Caleigh is one of our novice and intermediate coaches. She is a great rider and is currently training with L.J and Starla to get them integrated in our lesson program. Caleigh has also had the opportunity to train under Mackenzie Thiessen and Izzy Biron. Over the past couple of years Caleigh has focused more on dressage, but she still has the knowledge and passion for jumping. She’s hoping to attend some MJHA and Dressage Winnipeg shows this summer. Outside of Sagehill she also works as a professional groom and trains horses. Students love Caleigh’s calm demeanor and kindness. (Source)
