Dr. Crosby has been involved with horses from a very young age, growing up on her family farm in Falmouth, Nova Scotia. Her father, Kevin Crosby, competed at the top level of show jumping as Candice was growing up. Candice graduated from AVC in 2008, and completed an internship at Okotoks Animal Clinic. She has continued to practice in Alberta since that time. Candice is an Official FEI veterinarian and works as an FEI veterinarian at Spruce Meadows and Rocky Mountain Show Jumping tournaments. Candice is an avid polo player and hunter/jumper competitor. She specializes in performance horse medicine, and focuses her interests on the polo horse and hunter/jumpers. She is a familiar face at Spruce Meadows, Rocky Mountain Show Jumping and the Calgary Polo Club. (Source)
