Dr. Barstow graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2010 and Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. She externed with Dr. Hess and Dr. McWilliams starting in 2011 and joined the practice in 2016. Caroline enjoys working with horses, cows, sheep, and goats with special interest in equine geriatric and end of life care. Caroline lives with her husband Steven on their family owned dairy farm at the base of Mount Holyoke. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys playing and walking around the farm with her 2 year old son Nelson and her chocolate lab Moose. Caroline and Steven welcomed a daughter, Eloise, into their family in December 2020! (Source)
