I have both mental and physical issues and have had a really hard times with both. I am on medication but they seem to fall short of helping with ptsd and anxiety. I also have some pretty bad back issues. I love horses and grew up next to a large horse ranch. I used to bring my penny bank and pay in Penni to ride for the day. Please let me know if you think equine therapy will help and how much it costs. I have united health care insurance, I am disabled.
