Charlotte Keller, DVM

Dr. Keller came to B.C. from Ontario where she taught at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph for 15 years. She was born and raised in Switzerland and received her veterinary degree from the University of Bern in 1982. After she completed her post graduate research studies and worked in general practice with small and large animals she visited Guelph and became inspired to become a veterinary ophthalmologist. She received training at OVC and the University of Texas A&M. In 1990 she became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists and in 1998 she became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists. In 2004 she decided to leave academia and moved to British Columbia to continue her career in private practice.

Dr. Keller is heavily involved in the European College as well as in teaching and speaking at continuing education events locally, nationally and internationally. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family. (Source)
