Charmaine A. Brown, DVM

Charmaine “Charlie” Brown, DVM, owner of Annabessacook Veterinary Clinic, is originally from Nebraska. Dr. Brown graduated from Iowa State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. She joined Annabessacook shortly thereafter, becoming a partner and developing the practice into what it is today. She is an accomplished equine and small animal surgeon who is also focused on the latest in modern equine medicine. Dr. Brown also owns KDM Farm, an equine reproduction facility. Aside from Maine, she is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Florida and Nebraska. When Dr. Brown is away from the clinic, she enjoys riding her horses or scuba diving in the warm waters of the sunny tropics. (Source)
