Dr. Osso joined the team at AVS in spring of 2015 as a graduate from the Ontario Veterinary College. They are a mixed animal practitioner with particular interests in behaviour and reproduction in small animals, backyard chicken medicine, as well as bovine and small ruminant practice. They live in Carleton Place with their two rottweilers, Samara and Tali. They are active in the dog sport world with their dogs, competing in agility and training in pulling sports and scent work. Cheryl also frequently has puppies, cats or kittens in their house as fosters. (Source)
