Chloe Johnson

Chloe Johnson is the Owner and head trainer at Klein Sporthorses. Chloe grew up riding since the age of 4. She grew up showing on the Colorado Hunter Jumper Circuit since the age of 12. Earning many accomplishments such as attending CHJA medal finals and many year end championships. Chloe attended the University of Findlay in Ohio, and graduated with a Bachelors in Equine Science emphasis in Hunter Jumpers with a minor in Dressage, in 2018. Chloe was a member of the IHSA helping carry the University on a winning streak 4 years in a row. In addition Chloe took part in the University’s Dressage Team. Her junior year Chloe was President and took the team to Nationals twice before graduating. Chloe also obtained her Small and Lrger Bronze Medal at the German Riding School in Vechta, Germany. Later interning for Rothmann Sporthorses and the Tranins family in Germany. Chloe participated in multiple Emerging Athletes Regional Training sessions, also qualifying her for the Horsemanship Quiz National Finals. Chloe has been an assistant trainer and head rider, teaching beginner to advanced lessons, riding and doing training rides on client horses as well as retraining, rehoming off the track thoroughbreds for CANTER Michigan. Chloe has coached IEA teams and IHSA for the University of Michigan.

With much knowledge of running IEA, IHSA, Dressage, and Hunter Jumper shows, she has also competed all over the United States.

Chloe has worked with many Olympians and World Cup riders, such as, Bernie Traurig, Julie Winkle, Nick Karazissis, Peter Wylde, Harriet Bunker, and Peter Lutz. (Source)
