The name Spotted Horse holds a special place in my heart. My horse, Perry, didn’t even have a name for years—his previous owners simply called him “Spotted Horse.” He stood alone in a four-acre pasture, with no other horses, no real connection. And then there I was, buying my first horse from someone’s vacation home, not realizing that this seemingly random moment would shape my entire journey.

Five years later, Perry may not have been the horse I thought I wanted, but he turned out to be the one I needed.

Perry is the true backbone of this business. Because of him, I developed a deep passion for gaited breeds—a group I feel is often misunderstood and underrepresented. Every experience with him has taught me one core truth: put the horse first, always, no exceptions.

My mission is simple: make horses happier and healthier. I want to empower every owner who has ever felt helpless—because I’ve been there. My goal is to break down complex knowledge into something easy to understand, so every owner can feel more confident and connected with their horse.

Perry also opened my eyes to energetic healing and communication. He’s the kind of horse who knows when he’s being talked about—and he makes sure you know he knows! Through both manual and energetic healing techniques, I’ve seen firsthand how much of an impact this work can have. Perry has transformed because of it, and now, I’m driven to help others experience the same kind of breakthroughs.
