Christine Haas, DVM

Dr. Christine Haas grew up in a community of mini ranchettes in a beautiful place known as Wonder Valley on the outskirts of Fresno County. As a lover of all animals, she reached the decision to become a veterinarian by the time she was in first grade. She participated in 4-H, FFA, science fairs, and has competed in many horseback activities.

Dr. Haas obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Animal Science and Genetics at UC Davis in 2010. She then graduated in 2014 from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Haas has experience in both large and small animal veterinary medicine, and has practiced throughout the greater Sacramento region since graduation. She obtained her Certified Veterinary Medical Acupuncture certification for both small and large animals through Colorado Veterinary Medicine Association’s OneHealth SIM Acupuncture course in 2014. Dr. Haas also obtained her Fear Free Certification in 2020. She joined Bowman Veterinary Hospital in January 2021.

Dr. Haas is a California Cowgirl at heart and now lives just outside of Auburn, CA. In her spare time, Dr. Haas loves to work in her garden and spend time with her wide variety of four legged “kids.” (Source)
