At Connected Natural Horsemanship we believe people need to be involved with their horse’s training journey to create sustainable progress. I’ve had many students who previously sent their horses away for training (even to reputable natural horsemanship trainers) who either cannot achieve the results the trainers did because they do not know how, or worse, tell me their horse was “ruined at the trainer’s.” Being involved in your horse’s learning journey brings you into a deeper connection with your horse and ensures your horse is not mistreated during training. It also gives you the necessary skills to get maximum benefit from the training so you can confidently ride and enjoy your horse.
