Dr. Parsons graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. After graduation, she completed an internship in large animal medicine and surgery at the University of Georgia and a residency in large animal internal medicine at New Bolton Center. Dr. Parsons is certified in veterinary acupuncture. Her special interests include acupuncture, behavior, and dentistry. She resides in Lancaster County with her husband, two children, and a menagerie of pets and farm animals. In her spare time, she loves caring for her family, training, riding, and driving horses, as well as working on her farm. (Source)
