Cy Shurtleff is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and the Practice Owner. Dr. Shurtleff opened Morrilton Vet Clinic in 1997. He graduated with his undergraduate and Doctorate from Oklahoma State University. He is a member of the American Association of Bovine Practitioners, the Academy of Veterinary Consultants and the Society of Theriogenology.
