Dr Pike was born and raised in Macon, Ga., Dr Pike frequently travelled through Madison on his way to the University of Georgia where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Animal Health and then his DVM in 2005. After a few years as an associate in Hempstead, Texas, Dr. Pike and his wife, Lauren returned to Georgia and settled in Madison, where he started Piedmont Equine Associates in 2008. (Source)
