Dr. Couture was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2018 after having completed her clinical year of vet school at Cornell. Following vet school, she then completed a one year rotating equine internship at Equine Sports Medicine & Surgery in Weatherford, TX. Dr. Couture joined the BVC team in 2019. She has an interest in equine and small animal medicine.
In her spare time, she enjoys horse back riding. She has one horse, an off the track Thoroughbred named Holly, who is a competitive show jumper and one dog, an American Eskimo mix named Bandit. (Source)
