Dr. Kelly is from White Hall, MD where she grew up on a horse farm and where she still lives today while raising Show Hunters. She graduated from Towson State University with a BS in Chemistry and Biology. She then earned her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990. She has been with Bel Air Veterinary Hospital since 1994. Her interests include showing hunters, all outdoor sports and spending time on the farm with her 3 dogs, 1 donkey and 7 horses. (Source)
