My love and passion for horses, I believe, was something I was born with. I started riding when I was 10 and got my first horse when I was 14. I would ride for miles, from sun up to sun down. If I wanted to participate in a show, I had to ride there and ride back. Trailers were a luxury.

My experience has a bit of many disciplines; I have shown Western and English. I did many gymkhanas as a kid. I had the opportunity to work for a trainer for about two years, learning and showing on the AQHA circuit. It was the time of my life!

I love teaching what I know. Over the years, I have found that the most important thing to me is the kids in the community.
