Dr. Dora Ferris is grew up in Dayton, Washington. She graduated from Washington State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She completed an internship at Oakridge Equine in Oklahoma City, Ok after graduation. After two years as the research veterinarian at the Orthopaedic Research Center at Colorado State University she was enrolled as the first Equine Sports Medicine Resident at Colorado State University. After completing the Sports Medicine Residency she has a private practice in Fort Collins CO before moving with her family to start Summit Equine in 2017.
Professional interests: Biological therapies, rehabiliation,
