Dr. Emily Vellekoop graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2015 and after working as a mixed animal veterinarian in Northern Ontario, joined the team at the Walkerton-Hanover Veterinary Clinic and Hanover Veterinary Hospital in the winter of 2016. Dr. Vellekoop is passionate about all creatures, small and large. She takes pride in providing the best care possible to all patients and has a special interest in equine wellness, including dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Vellekoop loves to ride her horses (Rascal and Buddy), hike, camp and explore with her husband Austin and their dog Zoey. (Source)
