What began as a solo ambulatory practice on the outskirts of Oregon City decades ago has developed into a state-of-the-art equine facility. Equus Veterinary Service is owned and led by Steve Sundholm, DVM, who joined the practice in 1983. Innovation, experience, and growth have enabled the practice to expand into one of the premier equine facilities in Oregon.
Our 8500 sq. ft. facility offers up-to-date and comprehensive care for your horses. The hospital includes several exam/treatment areas, a surgery suite with separate induction and recovery rooms, large comfortable stalls, and a clinical laboratory. Reception and lounge areas, conference rooms, staff offices, and a client education classroom create a welcoming environment for horse owners and employees.
Equus Veterinary Service strives to provide a unique degree of personalized care, whether the horse is being treated in our hospital or in your barn or pasture.
