Dr. Erin West grew up in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, and was an avid horse rider in both the hunter/jumper and eventing disciplines.
She attended the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine graduating in 2007. After veterinary school, she completed a one-year internship at North Carolina State University. Dr. West is a certified FEI veterinary delegate for Eventing and completed training in acupuncture from the Chi Institute in 2010.
In her free time, Dr. West enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and their dog, Teddy. (Source)
