Dr. Francesca Giambrone is originally from Chicago. She became interested in horses during high school after volunteering with an equine therapeutic riding center in the suburbs. This interest turned into a passion that led her to an undergraduate degree in Equine Sciences from Colorado State University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois. She is especially interested in sports medicine and rehabilitation, as well as ophthalmology. (Source)
