Frederick Deschesne, DMV

Dr. Frédérick Deschesne, DMV, IPSAV graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Montreal in St-Hyacinthe. He completed his university training with an internship in equine medicine and surgery at the CHUV in St-Hyacinthe. Subsequently, Dr. Deschesne worked for 4 years in the equine outpatient department of the CHUV. Then, he decided to take up other challenges offered to him in France, while deepening his knowledge of equine locomotor pathologies by following several post-graduate courses (EPU) at CIRALE in Normandy (a center recognized worldwide for its expertise in locomotor pathologies horse, founded and directed by Pr Jean-Marie Denoix). In August 2017, he returned to Quebec to fully invest himself in the Equivet project, of which he is one of the founding members.

Dr. Deschesne has developed a major interest in locomotor disorders. He also enjoys the diversity of practice offered by his job as a general equine veterinarian. The quality of the service provided to its customers is particularly close to its heart. (Source)
