Gabrielle Cataford Sauve, DVM

Dr. Gabrielle Cataford Sauvé is a Canadian Native and graduated vet school from Université de Montréal in her hometown. She completed an internship at Vermont Large Animal Clinic and Equine Hospital which focused heavily on emergency, surgery, and internal medicine patients. After her internship Dr. Gaby practiced in her hometown of Montreal before ultimately seeking out warmer weather and heading to North Carolina. Rehabilitation is one of Dr. Gaby’s biggest passion as well as wounds and digestive ailments. Having owned horses throughout her school curriculum helped her reach a combined understanding of the equine world, from an owner as well as a veterinarian perspective. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Gaby is excited to continue her education and will be pursuing certifications in both chiropractic and acupuncture.

Dr. Gaby has been riding horses since she was 9 years old and owned her first gelding when she was 21. She recently moved cross-country with her cats, dogs and 2 horses to join the team at 3H and is excited to meet our clients and patients. In her free time, Dr Gaby loves to travel the world, ride her horses and spend time with her friends and family. (Source)
