Dr. Geoff Huls’ inspiration to become a chiropractor came from his own experience as a chiropractic patient. January of 1999, Dr. Huls was badly injured from an auto accident in South Dakota. At high speed the vehicle crashed into a culvert bridge, flipped and landed on the opposing side of the waterway. All together, Dr Huls fractured his right ankle, femur in 3 places, pelvis in the front and back (sprung pelvis), 2nd lumbar vertebra, 7th thoracic vertebra and sternum. He spent over one week in critical condition, but rapidly recovered with the help of Chiropractic care. (Source)
