Dr Glen Blier graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph in 1999. Dr. Blier grew up just outside of Wilmot Center and started practicing medicine in his home town New Hamburg Veterinary Clinic in May 1999. He offers both Companion Animal Medical/Surgical/Dental appointments as well as Food Animal Herd Health/Medical/Surgical services.
In 2017 Dr. Blier became sole owner of the New Hamburg Veterinary Clinic, after Dr. Mike Ritter retired.
When the practice is not keeping him busy, you may see Glen and his wife running or biking around the countryside. Dr. Blier can also be found hanging out at the arena watching his 2 boys play hockey (Go Huskie’s Go). The family also includes a lively chocolate lab named Milo. (Source)
