Hanna Hone, DVM

Dr. Hanna Hone is a 2021 graduate of the Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown, PEI. Hanna was born in Southern California but moved to Canada and grew up in Ontario before moving to Arizona where her family resides today. Dr. Hone was the Vice President of the AVC Class of 2021, served on the Honor Code Committee, and completed the Farmer’s Helping Farmer’s Internship assisting smallholder dairy farmers and a vaccine study in rural Kenya. She was awarded The Christofor Award in Animal Welfare and was the recipient of the 2021 Proficiency in Theriogenology Award. Main clinical areas of interest include animal welfare, ambulatory emergency medicine and multispecies reproduction. Hanna enjoys riding horses, playing hockey, and can commonly be found jamming to a variety of tunes. (Source)
