Harwood Farm

Harwood Farm is a distinctive horse boarding facility located in Woodbine, Maryland. The owner/manager lives on the property and provides excellent personalized care catering to the health and well-being of the horses. All disciplines, fox-chasers, and retirees are welcome.

Our location, adjacent to Patuxent Park, provides access to 6,700 acres of adjoining parkland for pleasure riding. More importantly, there are numerous other areas to pleasure ride without ever leaving the farm,such as a turf track and a turf landing strip, along with riding around the numerous paddocks and a three-acre pond.

Harwood Farm has a beautifully restored 19th century stone bank barn that includes a wash stall with hot and cold water, along with a bathroom and tack room. The stalls are rubber 12×12 matted with straw bedding. An automatic fly spray system is available during the summer. (Source)
