Jamie Minnella, VMD

Dr. Jamie Minnella received a BS in both Marine Biology and Chemistry from Roger Williams University and her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up on a small farm in Kennett Square while riding and competing in local events. While she has a love of all animals including marine mammals, early in her career she realized her real passion lay with horses. She spent a lot of her free time working in the Ultrasound and Cardiology unit at New Bolton Center as well as attending multiple rural area veterinary trips to Minnesota and South Dakota. Following graduation, Jamie attended a medical, surgical, and ambulatory internship at Reid and Associates in Wellington Florida. She then returned to Chester County to work for Equine Medical and Surgical Associates after which she ran her own practice Winley Equine Veterinary Services for two years.
