Graduated from the Veterinary Medicine program at the University of Calgary in 2014, he was born and raised at a cattle ranch just outside of Barrhead. After vet school Jason returned to Barrhead with his wife Lisa who also was born and raised in town. His primary interest is in Large Animal Medicine but loves the little critters too and one day hopes to own a chocolate lab.
