Dr. Jennifer Saunders has practiced equine veterinary medicine in the Willamette Valley since 1993. She graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada in 1991, and completed a large animal medical and surgical internship at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, Ontario in 1992.
Dr. Saunders is dedicated to providing top quality care for her patients and preserving long term relationships with clients. She utilizes the latest research and years of her clinical experience to provide the best treatment options for her patients.
Although she is involved with all aspects of equine practice, her primary veterinary passion includes equine sports medicine and lameness in performance horses.
She is an avid dressage rider and has a rich background in Pony Club and eventing in British Columbia. When she is not training her off the track Thoroughbred, she enjoys spending time golfing and traveling. (Source)
