Joseph Teshera, DVM

Dr. Joe Teshera graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983, and started practice in White Salmon Washington at a mixed animal practice. In February 1984, he moved to Portland Oregon where he stared his career in equine practice at Pacific Veterinary Hospital. Over the past 30 years the practice has undergone many changes, now currently operating as Willamette Valley Equine Veterinary Services.

With over 30 years of experience, together with current continuing education and advanced training, he is committed to providing state-of-the-art, compassionate and quality service to our patients and clients. Involved in all aspect of equine practice, his major emphasis is on equine reproduction (including embryo transfer), dentistry, general health care, performance medicine and alternative therapies (acupuncture). He is also an adjunct member of the Washington State University faculty as an instructor in the College of Veterinary Medicine preceptorship program. (Source)
