Joseph Tashjian, DVM

Joe grew up in Troy NY, and spent summers in Montana on his grandfather’s ranch where he first learned to care for animals as a young boy. It would grow into a lifelong passion, eventually leading to Cornell University where he would earn a Docterate of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. He worked the next 10 years at a small private practice in Middlebury Vermont, before striking out on his own and purchasing Springville Veterinary Services. Since 1994 he’s run the business with a hands-on homestyle approach that hearkens back to the country veterinarians he knew as a child.
