I was only about 4 or 5 years old when I started to love animals. It was about this age I got to meet and ride two horses, Lady and Rascal, and received my very first cat, Mickey, as a Christmas present. This love of animals was always part of my life and the opportunity to be part of the bond between people and animals by becoming a veterinarian was an easy career choice. Just after graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph in 2007, I was honored to receive a position with the clinic and came to be one of the owners in 2012.

I have many goals in mind with each patient and client I see. I aim to explain findings, ideas, and treatment plans clearly and involve owners with all decisions to be made. I take this goal with me while on the road visiting farm clients as well. My biggest goal is to provide my patients with the best quality of life. I love the challenges my career presents me with each and every day!
When I’m not caring for animals at work, I find ways to enjoy every minute with my 3 old english sheepdogs, Butler, Karu and Keili as well as my cat, Kringel, and making memories with family, especially my nieces and nephews. (Source)
