A graduate from Oregon State University, College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Kalli Rocha joined Summit Equine in 2021. Originally from Tillamook, Oregon, she grew up on her family’s dairy farm where she developed a passion for animals and met her husband, Grant. Kalli completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences at Oregon State University and then went on to obtain her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in June 2020. While in veterinary school, Kalli also received her Certification in Veterinary Acupuncture from the Chi Institute. Upon completion of her formal schooling, she fulfilled a one year internship at Pioneer Equine Hospital in California and then joined Summit Equine. Outside of work, she enjoys showing dairy cows, camping, other outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. (Source)
