Dr. Katelyn Waggoner grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico. She attended Texas Tech University for her bachelor’s degree in animal science and Washington State University for her DVM. Katelyn loves West Texas, and was excited for the opportunity to join the MVP team in Amarillo after graduation from vet school. She is particularly interested in emergency medicine, rehabilitation, and alternative therapies like chiropractic. Dr. Waggoner recently completed her certification course in Animal Chiropractic and will be working on her acupuncture certification in the future. Katelyn and her husband Corey live in Amarillo with their family of pets including dogs, cats, and horses. (Source)
