Dr. Kathryn Livesey started riding at a young age, initially with Pony Club and then progressed to riding on the university equestrian team. Dr. Livesey completed her bachelor’s degree at UW-Madison in Biology and French. She then attended the UW School of Veterinary Medicine and went on to do an internship at the Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in New Jersey. Following her internship, Dr. Livesey worked at an equine practice in central Wisconsin. She lives in Lodi with her husband, Scott, their son Carter, and their Australian Shepherd, Tui. When Dr. Livesey isn’t working she enjoys riding her thoroughbred gelding, Martini, traveling, and hiking. (Source)
